Mission statement

Montreal 9/11 Truth is a volunteer, nonprofit association committed to educating the public about the truth of the attacks on the United States on 11 September 2001. Within this mandate, we are also committed to exposing the truth about any other matter that affects the public good. Our primary mode of information dissemination is our website, http://www.mtl911truth.org. In addition, we organize documentary film screenings, lectures, and street actions focused on public education about government deception. We also produce our own documentaries and media presentations. We are committed to using our democratic institutions in the quest for truth and justice.

Achievements and press coverage

Since its inception, Montreal 9/11 Truth has been featured, praised and vilified in many media. We’ve also created our own documentaries, organized events and set up street actions. Here is a timeline of our accomplishments so far (most recent listed at the top):

• 2009
  • March 14 - Fundraiser show at Crobar, downtown Montréal. Pictures are available online. A complete success.
  • January 14 - Lecture: Dr. Michel Chossudovsky on the global financial crisis (in English). Montreal 9/11 Truth assists with promotion and video-tapes the speech for the larger viewing public on the web. Full house!
• 2008
  • November 27 - Lecture:  Montreal 9/11 Truth presents Dr. Michel Chossudovsky’s “Les enjeux de la crise financière” (in French), at the Centre St-Pierre. Full house!
  • November 19 - Montreal 9/11 Truth Confronts Howard Zinn on 9/11 at a major speaking event at Université du Québec À Montréal (UQàM). The exchange creates worldwide coverage which prompts Michel Chossudovsky to call Zinn’s comments “imbecilic”.
  • November 18 - Lecture: Health Canada Whistleblower Dr. Shiv Chopra. Montreal 9/11 Truth video-tapes and posts event on web for the larger viewing public.
  • November 11 - Montreal 9/11 Truth questions Liberal Senator and war hero Roméo Dallaire on 9/11 at Bishop University.
  • September 19 - Lecture: Professor Peter Dale Scott speaks on ‘‘Deep Politics”: How 9/11 Changed America, presented by Centre for Research On Globalization, Montreal 9/11 Truth assists with promotion and videotapes and posts the  speech on the web for the larger viewing public.
  • Summer and Fall - Montreal 9/11 Truth investigates and blows the lid off the saga of Marie-Claude Montpetit, a Canadian ex-immigration consultant whistleblower, which exposes a Montreal sex traffic ring allegedly involving Stockwell Day (then- Canadian Security Minister), Denis Coderre ex-immigration minister), the infamous Julie Couillard and many more.
  • September 7 to 11  - March On Ottawa : Montreal 9/11 Truth Marches to Ottawa with 9/11 activists from across the country to hand-deliver a petition to parliament requesting an investigation into the attacks of September 11, 2001.
  • June 21 - Lecture: Montreal 9/11 Truth presents Dr. David Ray Griffin, leading researcher and author of The 9/11 Cover-Up, chaired by Dr. Michel Chossudovsky, economist and director of the award-winning Center for Research on Globalization. Full house!
  • April 14 - Montreal 9/11 Truth presents Loose Change: Final Cut at Concordia University. Full house!
  • April 11 - Montreal 9/11 Truth confronts NDP leader Jack Layton on whether or not his party will hold a hearing on the inconsistencies of the official 9/11 report.
  • March 20 - Release of Montreal: The Next Terror Target?, Montreal 9/11 Truth’s first full-feature documentary.
  • February 22 - Professional politician and Liberal MP Denis Coderre squirms and bypasses Montreal 9/11 Truth’s questions on the fake “War on Terror”.
• 2007
  • November 15 - Liberal MP Bob Rae is confronted by Montreal 9/11 Truth.
  • October 20 - Lecture by Webster Tarpley, American historian and author of 9/11 Synthetic Terror and The Unauthorized Biography of George H.W. Bush. Full house!
• 2006
  • October 22 - Screening of Improbable Collapse at Centre St-Pierre (Montreal Mirror coverage)
